Despite DJ Cuppy’s frequent criticism from fans about her music, she still remains keen on not giving up in that aspect of the industry.
The Otedola’s daughter some months ago revealed she would be dropping her debut album and we’re few days away from that expected date.
In a recent post shared to her Instagram page, she announced that she will be dropping the 12-song album, Original Copy, on August 21.
Cuppy said: “I’m super excited about the album. It feels like I’ve been waiting for a long time. And I just hope people take the time to listen to every single one of the 12 songs.
“I worked my a*s off for the Original Copy. And I think it’s time for people to give me a real chance as a creative, as an artist, as a self-made woman.
I think it’s time and I’m ready.”
