FC Barcelona Considering Massive Overhaul

FC Barcelona are said to be considering a massive overhaul of their squad after the disappointing Champions League ouster over the weekend.

The Spanish giants were battered 8 – 2 by Bayern Munich at the Estadio da Luz. The defeat gave credence to the fact that most of Barca players have past their peak with central defender Gerard Pique opting to leave if necessary.

The Mirror quoting Sport claim the Spaniard is one of the players on the list of stars the Camp Nou outfit will show the exit doors this summer.

Reports claim Barcelona President Josep Maria Bartomeu is planning a massive overhaul with only four players listed to be retained: Captain Lionel Mess, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Clement Lenglet, and Frenkie de Jong are the players to have escaped the mass sacking.
