A road user laments on how he was extorted by a LASTMA Officer of #15,000 for passing a wrong lane.
The car driver was however guilty but claimed he (the LASTMA Officer) allowed a car and bus pass the lane and that was why he followed suit.
He also said he was first charged #60,000 but had to plead before agreeing to #15,000.
